Our Common #2 Red Oak is both durable and workable as the species boasts with more natural charm and character than higher grades. Common #2 flooring has a higher tolerance for knots and mineral streaks creating a more unique look than the higher grades. Knots range in size from pencil eraser to palm size. This grade has a greater variation in board lengths from 10” to 6’. This grade is perfect for the individual looking for ‘just enough’ charm.
