Our Story
In the fall of 2019, two friends with a vision for supplying building products began an incredible adventure. Nestled on a hilltop not far from the Ohio River, it was clear what to name the venture, Hilltop Supply and Hardwood.
Despite the challenges of sourcing truckload volumes during the supply chain crisis, they established strong connections and negotiated deals that permitted them to purchase materials from various mills in the Midwest and Eastern U.S., offering substantial savings compared to big box retailers.

Shawn has an extensive background in both retail and commercial sales and sourcing. In addition to sales experience, he spent several years in the reclaimed hardwood industry dismantling timber frame structures including barns, mills, and factories. A passion for domestic hardwoods and an eye for natural wood products full of character and raw beauty led the business toward rustic grade oak flooring as the main product line, before branching out into more flooring options.
Eric Frasure
Owner | Freight & Logistics | Customer Loading
Owner/Freight & Logistics/Customer Loading. Eric began his industrial career in the aerospace industry and has transitioned many of the skills from commercial and military aerospace manufacturing into the Hilltop Supply and Hardwood growth plan. Organization, on-time delivery, logistical support, and quality control are key competencies that Eric ensures are part of every customer interaction. His dedication translates into higher customer satisfaction, the first time, every time, no matter what.
Logan Carr
Marketing & Administrative Manager
Logan's background includes Purchasing for the University of Cincinnati, Inventory Management for Best Buy, and Web/Graphic Design and Social Media Management with Bustle & Grow. She uses these skills in her day-to-day to support customers with both sales and service. Customers appreciate her eye for rustic design and expertise when picking their forever flooring.
