Our Common #1 White Oak brings the modern look and durability of the species with slight variations in color and grain. Common #1 grade flooring maintains a clean look while integrating a little character. Knots are typically small in size ranging from the size of a pencil eraser to a nickel. Mineral streaks are typically under 1” in size. Board lengths are shorter than Select and Better Grade, but longer than lower grades. This flooring is perfect for the individual looking for stunning flooring at a great value.
